![]() ![]() This hotel should be ashamed of the customer service they provided. We had no option but to take the 2 king rooms and utilize the pull out couch, which is INCREDIBLY uncomfortable. The front desk associate was condescending and the manager was rude and arrogant. They did not offer any apologizes, nor did they accommodate our needs. The front desk staff and manager were both extremely rude and did not care that they screwed up our reservation. When we arrived we were told that our rooms were not adjoining and they overbooked double rooms, so the 7 people would have to squeeze into 2 king suites. I had received an email confirmation earlier that day confirming that our requests had been met. ![]() I pre-booked these rooms 2 months in advance, I requested a king suite and a double bed adjoining suite for my family (6 adults and 1 child). ![]() This weekend's customer service was the worst I have received at ANY hotel, ever. ![]()
